Londonist Athens provides real estate and property investment services in Greece and information concerning property-based residence opportunities, including the Greek Golden Visa programme.

3. Information Only – No Offer

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written document, information appearing on the Website is provided for general information and marketing purposes.

A property listing or other content on the Website does not constitute:

a legally binding offer to sell or purchase property;
a reservation;
a contractual commitment;
a guarantee that a property remains available;
a guarantee that a stated price remains current;
a guarantee of investment return;
a guarantee of rental income;
a guarantee of capital appreciation; or
a guarantee of eligibility for a Golden Visa or other residence permit.

A binding transaction will arise only after the relevant parties have entered into the agreements and completed any formalities required by applicable law.

6. Golden Visa Information

an immigration application will be approved;
a residence permit will be issued or renewed;

Decisions concerning residence permits are made by the competent Greek authorities, not by Londonist Athens.

other mandatory legislation applicable to you.

Where a separate consumer contract is concluded remotely or away from business premises, any statutory information and withdrawal rights applying to that particular contract will be dealt with in the relevant contractual documentation.
